MILKLINE SOLUTION can be used across a whole spectrum of machines. This product is designed to be used manually or through a machine’s automatic cleaning system to prevent component blockage due to milk build up and to ensure a hygienic machine is maintained.

Pour sachet contents or recommend dose into milk container and follow machine manufacturers cleaning instructions.
MANUAL CLEANING
Pour sachet contents or recommended dose into jug with 1 litre of hot water. Put milk pipe into jug and follow machine manufacturers cleaning instructions
Due to the current situation caused by the pandemic and HGV drivers shortages, deliveries may be delayed. Please accept our and our delivery partners sincere apologies.
- Free delivery on all orders £70.00 (excl. VAT) or higher.
- Standard delivery charge is £7.50 (incl. VAT)
- We deliver to UK mainland only.
- Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12pm noon will be delivered within two business days.
- Orders placed Friday before 12pm noon will be delivered by Tuesday.
- Orders placed Friday after 12pm noon or ordered on a weekend will be delivered by Wednesday.
- No orders can be processed on the last day of April, so please allow a extra day for delivery.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for machines showing in stock.

Stock Availability
All delivery times are subject to stock availability.
Some items such as heavy equipment may have an extended delivery time.
Although most items will be delivered to you within 5 working days, please note we cannot guarantee delivery times for any products.

Out of Stock Items
We will ship what product we have in stock then ship the remainder when stocks arrives – free of charge. We have deliveries every few days so your wait should be minimal.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please note that all deliveries will be made between approx 8.30am and 5.30pm and will require a signature upon delivery. Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery, as no parcels will be left without a signature. In the event the customer not being in when delivery is attempted, a card will be left detailing how to arrange a redelivery at a later date or to collect from the nearest parcel company depot.
Our delivery partners do not deliver at weekends.
It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.
Change or Cancel an Order
If you wish to change or cancel an order contact our Customer Service team on 01603 720004 any time between 8.30am and 5pm – Monday to Friday. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand.
If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.
Returning Goods
Should you wish to return an item, we will be happy to refund in full or exchange, if it is in full resaleable condition.
Any opened/used consumables will not be accepted for refund or exchange, due to food hygiene reasons.
Returns should be made within reasonable time (usually 30 days) and in original undamaged packaging.
Should goods be delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please report to us immediately and confirm in writing within 3 days of delivery.
Please note the cost and responsibility of returning non faulty or unwanted goods will also be the responsibility of the customer and there may be a collection charge for any items returned.
We will only issue the refund once the goods are returned to us and we have agreed that the goods and packaging are in a satisfactory re-sellable condition and have not been used.
