If people consume a lot of hot drinks every day at home or in the office, the K-fee GRANDE is the best K-fee system capsule machine for you. It has an enormous 3.5-litre water tank, a container for 29 capsules and a useful display. This makes operation very easy. Anyone can make their favourite drink thanks to a wide selection of capsules (and four programmable drink buttons): espresso, lungo, cappuccino, latte macchiato, filter coffee, tea, chai latte and hot chocolate. Cleaning and maintenance are much lower than for a fully automatic machine because there is no grinder and the milk foam comes out of the capsule.

Place the cup under the spout, pull the lever up, insert the capsule, push the lever down and press the button for your chosen drink size – done. Operating the K-fee GRANDE is child’s play. Programmable cup fill volumes
Adjust the intensity of your drinks to your taste with programmable cup fill volume settings, which cover a wide range: ‘Small cup’ (30–100 ml), ‘Large cup’ (80–200 ml), ‘Extra-large cup’ (100–240 ml), ‘Milk’ (65–130 ml). Maximum cup height: 16 cm using the lower drip tray or 11 cm with the higher drip tray.

Grande – but not enormous
The K-fee GRANDE is K-fee's most powerful model, but it does not take up much space. It is only 20 cm wide (similar to the short side of a sheet of A4 paper), 40.6 cm deep and 31.6 cm tall. It therefore fits on kitchen worktops and even on many office sideboards for storing folders.
Programmable energy-saving mode
The K-fee GRANDE switches to Eco mode after five minutes, consuming only 0.5 watts. Other possible settings are 15, 30 and 60 minutes or three hours.
Descaling and cleaning reminder
Regular descaling and cleaning will extend the service life of the machine while ensuring drinks have a high-quality flavour. For that reason, reminders are displayed on the machine. When it comes to descaling, the Grande takes into account your water hardness setting (and whether you use the water filter). You can configure the cleaning reminder.

We will ship what product we have in stock then ship the remainder when stocks arrives – free of charge. We have deliveries every few days so your wait should be minimal.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please note that all deliveries will be made between approx 8.30am and 5.30pm and will require a signature upon delivery. Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery, as no parcels will be left without a signature. In the event the customer not being in when delivery is attempted, a card will be left detailing how to arrange a redelivery at a later date or to collect from the nearest parcel company depot. Our delivery partners do not deliver at weekends. It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.
Change or Cancel an Order
If you wish to change or cancel an order contact our Customer Service team on 0800 526 216 any time between 8.30am and 5pm – Monday to Friday. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand. If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.
Should you wish to return an item, we will be happy to refund in full or exchange, if it is in full resaleable condition. Any opened/used consumables will not be accepted for refund or exchange, due to food hygiene reasons. Returns should be made within reasonable time (usually 30 days) and in original undamaged packaging. Should goods be delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please report to us immediately and confirm in writing within 3 days of delivery. Please note the cost and responsibility of returning non faulty or unwanted goods will also be the responsibility of the customer and there may be a collection charge for any items returned. We will only issue the refund once the goods are returned to us and we have agreed that the goods and packaging are in a satisfactory re-sellable condition and have not been used.
