Your favourite mug or coffee server
15g of coffee beans, ground for filter
250ml of water (full mug)
Tip: Making coffee for two people? Just double the amount of ground coffee and water. You’d also need to repeat the pouring procedure and use a coffee server instead of the mug.
Place the V60 on top of the mug and put the filter paper in.
Tip: Soak the whole paper with hot water to reduce the papery taste and empty your mug.
Fill the scoop to the top with ground coffee and place in to the filter paper.
Tip: Use a tablespoon if you cannot find a scoop.
Boil the kettle, and allow it to cool for a few minutes.
In one quick motion, pour enough hot water to soak all the coffee grounds, then wait for around 30 seconds.
Slowly pour over the remaining water over the coffee, making small circles.
Tip: Stop when the water is ¾ of the way or 2 cm from the top.
Wait for it to drain, allowing the coffee to cool down a little. This should take around 2.5 minutes.
Drink and Enjoy.
Tip: Coffee grounds can be placed in the food waste or you can compost your flowers with it.

Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12pm noon will be deliveredwithin two business days.
Orders placed Friday before 12pm noon will be deliveredby Tuesday.
Orders placed Friday after 12pm noon or ordered on a weekend will be deliveredby Wednesday.
No orders can be processed on the last day of April, so please allow a extra day for delivery.

All delivery times are subject to stock availability. Some items such as heavy equipment may have an extended delivery time. Although most items will be delivered to you within 5 working days, please note we cannot guarantee delivery times for any products. We will ship what product we have in stock then ship the remainder when stocks arrives – free of charge. We have deliveries every few days so your wait should be minimal.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please note that all deliveries will be made between approx 8.30am and 5.30pm and will require a signature upon delivery. Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery, as no parcels will be left without a signature. In the event the customer not being in when delivery is attempted, a card will be left detailing how to arrange a redelivery at a later date or to collect from the nearest parcel company depot. Our delivery partners do not deliver at weekends. It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.
Change or Cancel an Order
If you wish to change or cancel an order contact our Customer Service team on 0800 526 216 any time between 8.30am and 5pm – Monday to Friday. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand. If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.
Should you wish to return an item, we will be happy to refund in full or exchange, if it is in full resaleable condition. Any opened/used consumables will not be accepted for refund or exchange, due to food hygiene reasons. Returns should be made within reasonable time (usually 30 days) and in original undamaged packaging. Should goods be delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please report to us immediately and confirm in writing within 3 days of delivery. Please note the cost and responsibility of returning non faulty or unwanted goods will also be the responsibility of the customer and there may be a collection charge for any items returned. We will only issue the refund once the goods are returned to us and we have agreed that the goods and packaging are in a satisfactory re-sellable condition and have not been used.
