After using the Gaggia Ruby for a weekend we thought it would be good to write an honest review on our experience…
The Gaggia Ruby is a small, powerful, professional espresso machine. It is clearly designed to work in small spaces which makes it perfect for the home market. It has a smart and simple look, mostly black with chrome accents. The buttons light up on the front which is a nice touch. Making it ideal for most home and kitchen designs.
There is so much to love about the Ruby!
It has a powerful steam wand so you can produce the perfect milk for your lattes, flat whites, and cappuccinos. Many domestic machines struggle with producing enough steam to get good quality foam due to low pressure. The Ruby makes you feel like you are using a professional machine in a café, whilst in your kitchen.
The Ruby was quick to fill and heat and we found it easy to program, it also comes with a clear set of instructions on how to program the doses. A continuous button on the front is great as it allows you to weigh out espresso shots to meet desired specifications. The drip tray is easy to remove for cleaning.
The only minor issue we found with the Ruby is that the boiler is a little noisy compared to other models. However, this is something that you get used to after a few uses.
Despite the small issue with the noise at first, the Gaggia Ruby is a fantastic machine. It is great for those who love café quality coffee at home and is a perfect machine for those wanting to work on their latte art.

Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12pm noon will be deliveredwithin two business days.

Orders placed Friday after 12pm noon or ordered on a weekend will be deliveredby Wednesday.
No orders can be processed on the last day of April, so please allow a extra day for delivery.

Stock Availability
All delivery times are subject to stock availability. Some items such as heavy equipment may have an extended delivery time. Although most items will be delivered to you within 5 working days, please note we cannot guarantee delivery times for any products. Please contact our sales department on 01603 720004 if you need to confirm lead times.
Out of Stock Items
We will ship what product we have in stock then ship the remainder when stocks arrives – free of charge. We have deliveries every few days so your wait should be minimal.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please note that all deliveries will be made between approx 8.30am and 5.30pm and will require a signature upon delivery. Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery, as no parcels will be left without a signature. In the event the customer not being in when delivery is attempted, a card will be left detailing how to arrange a redelivery at a later date or to collect from the nearest parcel company depot. Our delivery partners do not deliver at weekends. It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.
Change or Cancel an Order
If you wish to change or cancel an order contact our Customer Service team on 01603 720004 any time between 8.30am and 5pm – Monday to Friday. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand. If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.
Returning Goods
Should you wish to return an item, we will be happy to refund in full or exchange, if it is in full resaleable condition. Any opened/used consumables will not be accepted for refund or exchange, due to food hygiene reasons. Returns should be made within reasonable time (usually 30 days) and in original undamaged packaging. Should goods be delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please report to us immediately and confirm in writing within 3 days of delivery. Please note the cost and responsibility of returning non faulty or unwanted goods will also be the responsibility of the customer and there may be a collection charge for any items returned. We will only issue the refund once the goods are returned to us and we have agreed that the goods and packaging are in a satisfactory re-sellable condition and have not been used. In all instances, please call our customer helpline on 01603 720004 to obtain details on how to return your product.
