The Novo coffee machine serves freshly brewed filter coffee, quickly and without the use of water mains. The beverage brews directly into a 1.7 litre glass flask. The two self regulating hot plates keep the coffee at the right temperature.
The Novo is a low maintenance machine and does not require plumbing as it has an internal tank that needs to be filled for every brew. Simply position within reach of a 13A electrical socket, plug in and brew. Comes complete with 2 x 1.7 litre glass flasks.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
- Free delivery on all orders £70.00 (excl. VAT) or higher.
- Standard delivery charge is £7.50 (incl. VAT)
- We deliver to UK mainland only.
- Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12pm noon will be delivered within two business days.
- Orders placed Friday before 12pm noon will be delivered by Tuesday (except public holidays).
- Orders placed Friday after 12pm noon or ordered on a weekend will be delivered by Wednesday.
- No orders can be processed on the last day of April, so please allow an extra day for delivery.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for machines showing in stock.
- Minimum order value is £10.00 (excl. VAT)
RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY
Please note that all deliveries will be made between approx. 8.30am and 5.30pm and will require a signature upon delivery. Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery, as no parcels will be left without a signature. In the event the customer not being in when delivery is attempted, a card will be left detailing how to arrange a redelivery at a later date or to collect from the nearest parcel company depot.
Our delivery partners do not deliver at weekends.
It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We will ship what product we have in stock then ship the remainder when stock arrives – free of charge. We have deliveries every few days so your wait should be minimal.
